After Dr Kaya we went to get something to eat.Of course,Lacey had to come too!We took her out of the car and she greeted a few people.Strangers that she never met before…We passed by a child w/some adults..Lace was very friendly with the little girl..We passed by a couple of ladies who told me she was cute & that she is well behaved.Guess all the behavior/discipline training techniques I used helps a lot!A lot of it was all natural instinct!

Lacey displays her own routine for meds–first & probably the only time!
Tonight when we were getting ready to give Lacey her medicine for her yeast infection I saw that she did a “rotuine.”.Wish I had it on tape..Here’s the scene:
Lacey is resting under her favorite chair by the computer..She’s all curled up in a ball…just resting..Pa says”Lacey, time for meds”.She picks up her head for a second.I go into the dining area to open up her Waggin’ Train package and there is Lacey glancing at me from a distance. She then sits down on the carpet with her head up.Pa gets her meds ready and says “Lacey, time for meds”and she turns her head and goes right over to Pa with her tail waggin.By that time I have got her Waggin’ Train treat all set for her.She opens her mouth like a good girl & gulps it right down then comes over to me for a treat. She gives high five and shakes her hand..There you go…Lacey’s routine!
Possible reaction to Buffalo
A few days ago,we fed Lacey Buffalo for the fist time and we noticed after a day or so,she was biting her paw so I stopped giving it to her for a couple days and she stopped. When I gave it to her today(Wednesday)we noticed she was back to licking her paw again.Figuring she can’t have Buffalo I won’t get anything with Buffalo in it to be on the safe side.So far,she can have beef,chicken,turkey,venison,lamb..Not sure about duck yet but most times she can’t have buffalo.
