I actually heard about the NV Recall a few days ago.I don’t remember how I found out about it.It was on tv and dogster.You know,there are so many dog food recalls that it is so hard to keep track of what is safe to feed your dog or cat.I feel like if a certain brand has been recalled even once it throws my trust in them completely off & I just switch to something else.Some owners actually are ok feeding their pets “recalled brands” ie Natural Balance,Merricks,Chicken Soup for the Pet Lover’s Soul to name a few.We just bought some of the NV Prairie can food but I don’t know if I have enough trust to continue buying their products.We still buy the Merricks can food & we have bought the dry food which Lacey doesn’t care for too much.I don’t mind if a company maybe has had a previous lawsuit against them but if the lawsuit was over the food I’d probably have a issue with it.I am not sure how much longer we’ll buy the Merricks canned food.If a brand has been recalled I usually stay away from it forever.I am just thankful that Halo’s has no recalled products and hope they continue to do good work!
